Within 30 days after item delivery, the customer may return the purchased item for a full refund or an exchange. The item qualifies for return when it meets the following conditions.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Tailor Made or personal products

Our customer service specialists will also send you a return authorization (including the address).
Pack the item (s) securely in the original packaging, including accessories and manuals. Do not risk breaking the package on the way. Send it back to the address provided. We highly recommend using an adequately signed tra, cable postage service so you can prove that the return reached us.
We will process your refund or exchange only after confirming that your returned item(s) meets the abovementioned conditions. Allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.
We shall initiate your refund to the original bank account from where you purchased it. We will refund you through store credit if the above payment method is unavailable.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item requested is not available, we will issue a refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our customer service team at returns@sneakersforest.com within seven days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
