At Sneakers Forest, we are committed to offering you the best customer service possible. We can efficiently channel customers unhappy with their purchase to the return and refund policy. Regarding the return policy, please find the pertinent information as follows:

Returns Usability

Within 30 days after item delivery, the customer may return the purchased item for a full refund or an exchange. The item qualifies for return when it meets the following conditions.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories.

You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.

Return Process

Initiate a Return:

    • Please email returns@sneakersforest.com, and our customer service will assist you with your return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Instructions:

Our customer service specialists will also send you a return authorization (including the address).

Pack and Ship the Item:

Pack the item (s) securely in the original packaging, including accessories and manuals. Do not risk breaking the package on the way. Send it back to the address provided. We highly recommend using an adequately signed tra, cable postage service so you can prove that the return reached us.

Confirmation and Processing:

We will process your refund or exchange only after confirming that your returned item(s) meets the abovementioned conditions. Allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.

Refunds

Method of Refund:

We shall initiate your refund to the original bank account from where you purchased it. We will refund you through store credit if the above payment method is unavailable.

 

Time taken for Processing:

    • Additionally, please note that we will advise you of the status of the refund request (whether it has been approved or disapproved) only when we have your return in our possession after handling/testing it. Once your return is received, depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item requested is not available, we will issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns (Within the Same Country):
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • International Returns:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs duties or fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our customer service team at returns@sneakersforest.com within seven days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
